About the role

We are looking for a paid search specialist to join the performance team at Soly! In the performance team, you will be in charge of growing a dedicated region by generating quality leads. Your day-to-day will include optimizing accounts in various channels (Google, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads), collaborating with operational departments to refine your acquisition strategy, and analyzing data to keep on finding new opportunities for growth.

Your team

You will be part of a team of specialists in your domain, as well as a CRO specialist and a SEO specialist. You will get close support from the marketing content team for all your campaign needs.

Your impact

  • You will be responsible for several Soly markets, in charge of delivering quality leads for the sales team to convert. You will be in charge of identifying best sources for lead generation and constantly optimise these sources.

  • You will initiate new projects for paid search improvements both for your markets and all Soly markets. You will be responsible for project accomplishment and help continuously define and improve what paid search at Soly means.

  • You will work closely with the sales team and the content marketeer of your assigned markets to build a local understanding of your markets. You will use this local knowledge to increase the quality and quantity of leads for your own markets.

  • We are currently building up our global performance marketing team, and your input will be crucial in shaping its direction. Your ideas across all aspects defining the team will have a significant impact.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • 3 to 4 years experience in paid search

  • You are hands-on when it comes to account management and you like it this way

  • You have experience in different platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft)

  • You have experience in different campaign types and are used at looking at the full customer journey

  • You have a data-driven mindset: you look at data to base your decisions and you’re not afraid to open excel to get the data you need

  • You always look for improvements and are driven to execution

  • You stay up to date on latest trends on paid search

  • We consider it important that all new employees can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) before the start of employment. Therefore, we will request this before the start of your employment.

Nice to have

  • You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • You have experience in paid search and lead generation combined

  • You are used to working at scale and supporting multiple markets with digital marketing

  • You are proficient in one of the languages spoken by our customers: Italian, Spanish or German
